CONTEXT
Open Social is a B2B SaaS platform that provides an open-source solution for building and managing online communities. With over 1,000 active Drupal-based installations, Open Social operates in a competitive and fast-moving digital space.
During my time at Open Social, I was part of a company-wide rebranding initiative. As a Visual Designer within the Marketing team, I contributed to translating the new brand direction into meaningful and consistent digital experiences, supporting both brand visibility and product communication.
CHALLENGE
Open Social went through a company-wide rebranding initiative as part of its growth and positioning in the B2B SaaS market. The challenge was to translate the new brand direction into clear, consistent, and usable experiences across digital, social, and product-related touchpoints, while supporting ongoing marketing and product needs in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSABILITIES
I played a key role in executing and scaling Open Social’s new visual identity across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering, I helped ensure the rebrand was applied consistently while remaining practical, usable, and adaptable across platforms.
My work spanned UI/UX design, visual design, illustration, and motion, supporting both marketing initiatives and product-related experiences. The focus was not only on aesthetics, but on clarity, consistency, and efficient collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
COLABORATION & WORKFLOW
Collaborated closely with marketing, product, and engineering through shared documentation, async feedback, and regular syncs. Used Google Workspace for documentation and meetings, Slack for communication, and Asana to align with development workflows.

Adobe Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma
