CONTEXT

MHSG was a startup based in Ahaus, Germany, focused on supporting small businesses in developing structured commercial concepts, identifying international partners, and distributing goods across markets. As a new entrant operating within competitive sectors, the company required a cohesive brand identity and digital presence capable of communicating credibility and strategic clarity.

The collaboration involved defining the brand from the ground up, including visual identity, website design, and packaging development for its coffee distribution initiative.

CHALLENGE

The primary challenge was establishing a distinctive and professional identity within a competitive landscape dominated by established brands. The visual system needed to communicate trust, structure, and international orientation while remaining adaptable across digital and physical touchpoints.

For the coffee distribution line, packaging design required balancing brand consistency with shelf presence and visual impact, ensuring alignment between digital communication and physical product presentation.

Led the development of MHSG’s brand identity, defining logo systems, typography, color direction, and core visual language. Designed and implemented the company website to establish a structured and credible digital presence aligned with its international ambitions.

Developed packaging design concepts for coffee distribution, ensuring visual cohesion between brand identity and physical product experience. Maintained consistency across digital, print, and packaging materials to create a unified and scalable brand ecosystem.
