The Digital Sovereign Cloud Platform (DSCP) was an internal initiative focused on creating a secure, enterprise-grade cloud environment built around sovereignty, compliance, and operational control. The platform brought together tenant management, service configuration, governance, and operational visibility within a single ecosystem.
Starting from concept stage, the work focused on establishing the UX foundation from the ground up, translating complex infrastructure and governance requirements into a coherent, scalable experience while creating a structure flexible enough to evolve with the platform.

One System, Many Worlds
The challenge was not simply to make a cloud platform easy to use. It was to create a clear experience for administrators working across different tenants, environments, roles, services, and levels of access, without losing the complexity that made the system powerful.
Tenant switching, permissions, infrastructure monitoring, service configuration, and governance all introduced their own layers of information. The experience had to make these relationships visible and understandable, while giving users enough context to know where they were, what they could access, and what they were actually changing.
Rather than hiding the complexity behind simplified screens, the goal was to give it structure. Clear hierarchy, consistent patterns, and meaningful context helped turn technical infrastructure into something administrators could navigate with confidence.
Because the platform was still taking shape, every decision needed to work beyond the immediate screen. The UX had to establish a strong logic between modules and interactions, creating a foundation that could support new capabilities without becoming harder to understand as the platform grew.

My work included designing administrative dashboards, defining tenant-switching mechanisms, and structuring early role hierarchy concepts to support future access governance expansion. I mapped infrastructure workflows into clear user journeys and developed interactive Figma prototypes that articulated system behavior across modules.
In addition, I laid the groundwork for a scalable design system to ensure consistency across dashboards, navigation structures, and governance interfaces. The prototype suite became a strategic reference artifact used by product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align on platform direction and technical feasibility.

From Idea
to Execution
The project operated within a cross-functional environment involving product managers, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders. While additional design support was available, I led the UX direction and execution from concept through high-fidelity prototyping, ensuring continuity and architectural coherence across modules.
Regular alignment sessions with product and technical teams helped validate infrastructure workflows and governance requirements, while iterative reviews kept dashboard structures, tenant-switching logic, and emerging role hierarchy concepts technically feasible and aligned with strategic objectives.
Figma served as the central collaboration and prototyping environment, enabling structured communication of system logic, interaction flows, and modular component behavior across engineering, product, and business teams.
This created a shared foundation for reviewing complex UX decisions, connecting technical constraints with product strategy, and maintaining consistency as the platform evolved through exploration, validation, and preparation for future implementation. Regular documentation and review sessions helped keep design intent clear, actionable, and aligned across teams throughout the process.

The following key decisions defined the product direction, establishing a scalable foundation while keeping the experience clear and adaptable for future needs.
Defined a modular dashboard architecture to support scalable cloud service management
Introduced structured tenant-switching logic to clearly separate multi-tenant operational boundaries
Established early role hierarchy concepts to prepare for governance-aware access control expansion
Prioritized transparency in system state and infrastructure visibility to support enterprise administrator decision-making
Designed reusable interface patterns to support future module expansion without structural redesign
Balanced technical flexibility with usability clarity in early-stage product definition

A Blueprint for Scale
The work resulted in a comprehensive high-fidelity prototype suite that established the platform’s foundational UX architecture and translated complex technical and operational requirements into a clear, reusable interaction framework.
This gave product and engineering teams a shared foundation for technical planning while creating a cohesive, enterprise-ready experience vision for the DSPC initiative.
The resulting design foundations were structured to support future expansion across governance, infrastructure, and additional platform capabilities.
Due to NDA and confidentiality requirements, selected product details and functionality cannot be publicly disclosed; however, the work demonstrates the underlying design approach, system thinking, and scalable UX principles that shaped the platform.
