XPRESS CAFFEEIN - Mobile Ordering App Concept
ROLE
Product & UX Designer (Concept & Prototype)
CONTEXT
Xpress CaffeeIn was conceptualized as a digital extension of MHSG’s coffee distribution initiative. The objective was to explore how a dedicated mobile platform could support direct customer engagement, streamline ordering experiences, and introduce a scalable digital layer to complement physical product distribution.
The concept aimed to unify brand identity, packaging, and digital interaction into a cohesive ecosystem capable of supporting future growth and recurring customer relationships.
CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was defining a clear and intuitive mobile ordering experience from the ground up within a startup context. The app needed to simplify product discovery, customization, and checkout flows while maintaining brand consistency and visual clarity.
Additionally, the product concept required consideration of long-term scalability, including potential loyalty systems and recurring purchase models, without complicating the initial user journey.
